A strong wind blows away the target’s barriers such as Reflect or Light Screen. This also lowers the target’s evasiveness.Effect
Lowers the target's evasion by one stage. Clears away fog. Removes the effects of Aurora Veil, Dust Guard, Light Screen, Mist, Rainbow Wall, Reflect, Safeguard, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Sticky Web and Toxic Spikes on the target's side of the field, and removes the effects of Spikes, Stealth Rock, Sticky Web or Toxic Spikes from the user's side of the field (does not remove the user's screens).
Defog also removes Electric Terrain, Grassy Terrain, Haunted Terrain, Miasma Terrain, Misty Terrain, and Psychic Terrain from the field.
If the target is protected by Mist, it will prevent the evasion change, then be removed by this move.
Out-of-Battle Effect
Removes heavy fog on the entire route.
