The hair around a Kuduzela's neck stands up dramatically right before it starts blasting sound. Trainers should cover their ears if they see a puffed-up Kuduzela or else risk permanent hearing damage.


Kuduzela can produce sound at such a high volume that it can drown out jet engines. It used to be popular for sports fans to take Kuduzela to games and blast their horns to show support for their teams, but this has been banned due to many reports of hearing injuries.

I adjusted Kuduzela's pose so it looks more aggressive and better conveys that those horns are *horns* (like an instrument); gave it a wilder, spikier look; and, of course, made its colors much louder.
Kuduzela 1.0 (2015)
This one's all right, but it's a little generic in design; it's hard to tell that the horns are hollow; and the pastel blue and white palette doesn't, ahem, scream 'loud'.
