Halberax-R are robotic restorations of a Pokémon that lived millions of years ago, created to help scientists learn what that Pokémon was like. They charge recklessly at opponents with their heads lowered and try to cut them with their axes.
Halberax fossils indicate that the ancient Pokémon was sturdy and well-muscled. They probably used this brute strength to throw themselves at opponents blades-first and with terrible force.
Name Origin
halberd + ax; R for "restoration"
