Move Description
The user jumps into the air, tucks in tight and slams into the target while curled up. If the target's allies are nearby, the big splash caused by the user's landing will damage them as well. The user's dive can carry it deep enough to strike targets hiding underwater, too.
Effect
If this move successfully hits the target, any Pokémon adjacent to the target are damaged for 1/16 their max HP.
This move can hit Pokémon under the effect of Dive or Drag Under, although its splash damage cannot hit these targets.
