Flavor Text
The user entangles the target with its anchor chain while attacking. The target becomes unable to flee.
Effect
The target cannot switch out normally unless it is a Ghost-type. This effect ends when the user leaves the field.
The target may still escape by using Baton Pass, Flip Turn, Parting Shot, U-turn, Volt Switch, or a Shed Shell, and it may be forced out by Circle Throw, Dragon Tail, Magnet Switch, Roar, or Whirlwind.
The user will pass on this effect with Baton Pass, but the target will not.
